About Captain Mike

Meet Capt. Mike: Your Gulf of Mexico Fishing Expert for Family Fun

Mike is one of many fishermen in his family. So when it came to picking a career, it was easy for him. Capt Mike has fished out of Capt Anderson Marina since 1995. Over this time, he has done just about everything you can imagine fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. From starting off as a mate to owning/captaining a charter boat for over 20 years to fishing tournaments, he has also spent many winters offshore commercial fishing. He is one that can answer any question you can think of, from where and how to catch fish to how any part of the boat works. If you’re looking for some great family fun, he’s your captain.
