“Company,” as used in this policy statement, means “Captain Mike Charters.”
Payment for the charter is due in full prior to the vessel departing on the trip. A cash deposit or valid credit card number is required to reserve a future day and time for a chartered trip.
If the trip must be canceled due to weather or mechanical failure, the trip deposit will be refunded in full. Weather cancellations are at the captain’s discretion. Trips can be canceled outside of 14 days at no charge. Trips canceled 2 to 14 days prior to the trip will be charged $500 of the trip cost. If we are able to refill the canceled trip with another trip, there will not be a cancellation fee. Trips canceled within 24 hours or no shows will be charged the full price of the trip.
This policy remains in full effect and may be viewed at any time aboard any vessel owned or operated by the company.
